A printable Nervous System Journal with supportive prompts, tracking pages, and gentle reminders that help you notice shifts and patterns over time.

Email support between sessions, so you can check in, ask small questions, or get a compassionate nudge when things feel stuck.

An integration check-in at the end of the plan — to reflect, celebrate progress, and decide what continued support (if any) feels right for you moving forward.
